Add connections to Burtonsville Crossroads Neighborhood Plan

The Burtonsville Crossroads Neighborhood Plan focuses on revitalizing the core commercial district. One of the goals listed states:

What can be done to improve connectivity within the commercial area and integrate the MD 198 realignment and loop road improvements and other proposed transportation infrastructure improvements?

Allowing multi-modal transportation methods into the core through added and completed connections will strengthen the community and allow for varied use of the core areas. More people from the large communities of Greencastle and McKnew/Saddle Creek areas will be able to walk or bike to the central shopping district.
